La Torre and Casa Asmara are 2 delightful Tuscan stone houses set in the gentle foothills of the Apennines with romantic views of the famous Upper Tiber Valley. Each house has it's own distinct character and charm and is encircled by fields, a woodland and an olive grove.
The houses are available to rent for a group of up to 18 people alternatively separately for 8 and 8-10 people respectively. A tree lined country lane leads from La Torre to Casa Asmara so while each offers exclusive outdoor dining areas ensuring maximum privacy they are just a 3 minute stroll apart for larger parties.
A complimentary welcome basket with provisions for your first breakfast plus wine, mineral water and fresh fruit await your arrival.
A panoramic rural Tuscan countryside setting but just minutes from Sansepolcro with it's wealth of art [birthplace of world renowned Piero della Francesca], history and culture. The town also boasts numerous restaurants and bars, theatre, cinema, museums, churches, biweekly markets, many specialty shops and supermarkets and swimming pool with shaded picnic area & water slides.
The ideal location for a romantic Tuscan Wedding, coordination and catering services available, also on location cooking classes. Signor Gennaioli [Mario] also has 3 delightful antique Mercedes available for wedding ceremonies.
La Torre [sleeps 8] dates back to the 13th century and it's historical significance has been preserved. The tower is adorned with traditional geraniums in the summer months and offers classic al fresco dining under the welcome shade of the mature trees.
Casa Asmara [sleeps 8 - 10] was only built a few hundred years ago but in the classic Tuscan country style, ideal for families with a large games room with table tennis and satellite TV and plenty of safe space for kids to run around, pat the horses etc. Also well suited for study groups and wedding parties. Below the games room is a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ and nearby a wood fired bread oven. Mario supplies complimentary wood from the farm along with advice on how to make true wood oven pizzas!
This property offers all the charm and tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside with the luxury of being so close to Sansepolcro. Many other special towns and cities are within easy reach and make perfect day trip destinations. It is genuine, comfortable, very clean, affordably priced and a home away from home. Mario is a gracious host who will drop off some farm fresh eggs, local wine, cheese, traditional Tuscan cakes and biscuits or homemade jam most days and Justine is just a phone call away for any information in English. Mario will also provide you with unlimited free entrance passes for the lovely swimming pool just 5 minutes drive away. A genuine insight into Tuscany and relaxing holiday is virtually guaranteed.
The Rates
The houses are generally rented on a weekly basis but may subject to availability be rented on a daily basis for a minimum of 3 nights.

The weekly rates are inclusive of power, gas and weekly cleaning but exclude central heating costs.
