Situated in a peaceful valley, the Villa provides an ideal location for a relaxing rural holiday and yet there are a number of restaurants and Pizzerias in easy reach. The nearest town is just 500 metres away and has a bar, supermarket and post office.
The Villa grounds have been attractively landscaped and feature a pool with Roman steps (5m x 10m, 1.2 to 1.70 deep) that is furnished with Sun loungers and umbrellas. A stone patio looking down to the pool provides an ideal setting for outdoor Wedding receptions as well as casual meals ‘al fresco’. The patio is just off the main wing of the Villa which hosts a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge. There is a separate dining room, two additional living rooms and a serious catering kitchen which guests are welcome to use. It also has a traditional stone fireplace for grilling meats in the traditional Umbrian style. Fully equipped it is a professional kitchen and a pleasure for caterers to work in should you wish to enjoy a catered Reception, Birthday party, Anniversary or other holiday celebratory feast! In addition to the open fire for BBQ’s it is furnished with gas hobs, 3 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and an espresso machine.
There are a total of 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, most of which are located in the upper wing of the property. Some are en suite and others share a bathroom in 5 mini suites that enjoy independent access allowing large groups a degree of privacy. Each suite has a Sat TV and all of the well appointed bathrooms are equipped with hair driers. All rooms are tastefully furnished to a very high standard including silk braided parchment lampshades and luxurious bedcovers to make your stay unforgettable.
The Villa is also the perfect base for visiting the historic hill towns within a 30 minute radius and including Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno and Assisi. The famous Tuscan town of Cortona is just a 20 minute drive away as is the Umbrian town of Città di Castello.

The Rates
Booking notes 30% deposit is taken at time of booking. Final balance is due 4 weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of 500 euros per week is taken when final balance is due. This is returned within 7 days of departure subject to confirmation that no damage has occurred.
