Enjoy an authentic 4-course meal prepared with quality ingredients in the comfort of your Tuscan holiday rental property. From euro; 35 per person, Justine & Beatrice provide quality Tuscan cuisine with attentive and friendly service and depart leaving your kitchen in order.
Your personal chef
Justine moved to Tuscany 12 years ago after the establishment and management along with Florentine husband Antonio of two highly successful Italian restaurants in the South Is of NZ. Since 1995 she has acquired an in depth knowledge of the Tuscan cuisine with influence from bordering regions. In 2007 Justine completed studies in Arezzo to become a fully certified caterer.
Tuscan cuisine
Her repertoire of recipes incorporate traditional dishes with the focus on providing very authentic and quality Tuscan cuisine using only the best and freshest of ingredients. Each menu offers a variety of options for the 4 courses and where possible Justine will incorporate a personal favourite or a dish from another menu.
Beatrice, from the medieval hilltop town of Anghiari, is also fully qualified with an Italian hospitality diploma and has her own range of specialty dishes including her grandmother’s recipe for fresh tagliatelle with a variety of tasty local pasta sauces.
The price per person is based on the dishes selected and the number of guests.
New Catering Services in 2008
Justine & Beatrice are extending their catering service to include buffet lunches and dinners for groups of more than 20 people, from EUR 25 per person.
Other Catering Options
Mouth watering selections of finger foods for cocktail parties from just EUR 15 per head (minimum 30 guests).
In both instances the menu selection needs to be discussed and selected from the significant range of possible dishes, according to the group’s requirements and preferences.
